The Carlin features eight luxury hotel suites in Queenstown. offering, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom suites, eight fireside David Shaw sofa beds, and six additional joining rooms, together capable of accommodating up to 50 guests per night.

The Eagle’s Nest Penthouse (122sqm) retreat provide a superior experience for the luxury traveler. Spacious interiors include an open plan living area, dining with a gas fireplace, Chef’s kitchen, a separate powder room, alongside the luxurious master bedroom. The suite hosts a slew of amenities like a super-king bed, a 65″ television and a state-of-the-art massage chair. An outdoor terrace with its own gas fire pit, lounge, heated spa and alfresco dining means you get to relax and enjoy unparalleled views of the town.
This suite is included as part of the 7-bedroom Skyhome penthouse.
Suite Collection
The Presidential Suite (166sqm) is situated on Level 5 with amazing views over Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu, and the Mountains. An expansive open plan living area awaits with a baby grand piano. This Suite boasts a 1 Super King Bed with sumptuous bed linens, Twin Wardrobes, Executive Desk and 65” Television, double Marble vanity & Steam shower in your private ensuite. Relax and enjoy your spacious Lounge with indoor gas Fireplace, Dining Table, State of the Art Kitchen & a David Shaw designer fireside Sofa bed. Your private outdoor terrace includes a heated spa, outdoor fireplace, and alfresco dining area. Each Suite has a daily replenished soft Minibar and nightly turndown service. An optional interconnecting Bedroom and Ensuite is also available increasing the suite to a total of 166sqm and ample space for everyone at an extra cost of $1,500.00 NZD per night. This Suite can be expanded to 7 Bedrooms connected via a Private Elevator.

This Suite has a free soft Minibar and nightly turndown service.
